Luisa Hernandez-Abreu, LPC

I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I offer a supportive, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual’s needs. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to heal and grow.

Working with both children and adults, I’ve seen how resilient the human spirit can be, even in the face of deep pain. Therapy isnt about fixing people—its about walking alongside them as they learn to better understand themselves, rewrite their story, and find meaning in their journey.
